Payment

We accept cash, check (preferred) and Visa/MC/Discover at the time of each in-person session.  Payment for phone/distant sessions can be made at the time of the session with a credit card (Visa/MC/Discover)  Life Flowering Healing uses a secure iPhone payment processing app through Merchant Warehouse; your payment information will not be kept anywhere on file unless you specifically request that we do so.

Cancellation (48 hours)

Please email or call us 48 hours or more in advance of your scheduled session time to cancel or re-schedule.  We sincerely appreciate as much notice as possible so that other clients can have your cancelled time slot.

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are subject to the full scheduled session fee, payable by check or credit card.  This cancellation fee is reduced to $55 if the session is rescheduled to a date within 5 calendar days of the originally-scheduled session.

We understand if you are not feeling well on the day of your session; however, the 48 hour cancellation policy still applies regardless of your reason for missing your session.  In such cases you may still receive a distant/phone healing session, which is just as effective as an in-person session; this way you don't have to miss your session if you're incapacitated.

Admittance to 1368 Beacon Street

The downstairs foyer door is locked after 5pm and on weekends.   There is a door keycode you will need to enter which Jordan will give you before your session.  You can call Jordan's cell phone (617.694.0994) if you forget this keycode number when you arrive.

Because Life Flowering Healing rents office space in a professional condo association, our name is not posted on the downstairs directory (which is for condo owners only).  We ARE in the building!  Go up the stairs, take a left, then a right, and our office door (Suite 112) is straight ahead.  Our placard is on the door (Jordan Bain / Life Flowering Healing).

NOTE: There is no disabled access to our office.  To enter, you'll need to be able to climb one flight of stairs, as our office is on the second floor.  If you are unable to climb stairs, please let us know and special outcalls for disabled clients can be arranged for an extra fee.  You may also wish to try phone sessions - the effects are the same with phone work.

Fragrance-Free

Please do not wear synthetic perfumes, colognes, lotions and fragrances prior to your session in-person.  Pure essential oils are fine.  If it is labeled "fragrance", even in the smallest quantities, then it is neuro-toxic and we request that you not wear it to your session.

If you are not sure if a product you are using has synthetic fragrances, please feel free to ask.  If you forget, and wear perfume to your session, that's OK; we simply request this as a courtesy.

Note: given the neurotoxicity and carcinogenic nature of synthetic fragrances, you may wish to experiment using truly natural products with essential oils instead.  Many people's headaches, nausea, skin problems, respiratory issues and other symptoms tend to diminish after they stop exposing their bodies to cosmetic toxins -- such as those in most commercial perfumes, colognes, aftershaves, deodorants, shampoos and conditioners, laundry detergents, and household cleaning products and soaps.  Whole Foods Market and other natural foods stores carry some delightfully effective and clean products, but even there, you have to read the labels.

Additionally: we understand that addictions such as cigarettes can be difficult to heal and change.  If you are addicted to cigarettes, however, if possible please refrain from smoking for an hour or more prior to your session.
